Terms of Service

1. Service. GIFtoVideoAI.com provides browser-based media conversion tools ("Free Tools") and optional AI enhancement services paid with credits or subscription ("AI Services"). Free Tools run entirely in your browser; AI Services run on our servers or those of our providers. Services are provided as-is, with no warranty.

2. Accounts. AI Services require an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable use. You may not use the service to process content you do not have rights to, or for any unlawful purpose. You may not (a) resell AI credits or API access without written agreement; (b) attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or human verification; (c) use automated means to consume free trial quota; (d) use AI Services to process content that is illegal, or that violates our content policy (no sexual content involving minors, no non-consensual imagery, no content infringing third-party rights).

4. Breach and consequences. If you violate these terms, we may take any of the following actions, at our discretion and depending on severity:

• Warning — a written notice identifying the violation and required corrective action.
• Suspension — temporary restriction of your account and AI Services while we investigate.
• Termination — permanent closure of your account for serious or repeated violations.
• Forfeiture of AI credits — credits obtained through abuse, chargeback fraud, or resale in breach of Section 3 may be voided, and free credits revoked.

Where a violation causes quantifiable loss (e.g., deliberate cost abuse of AI infrastructure), you agree to indemnify us for the reasonable costs incurred. We will notify you at the account email of any enforcement action and the reason for it, except where prohibited by law.

5. Billing. Paid plans and credit packs are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Waffo, Whop). Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where supported. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle until cancelled.

6. Refund policy.

• Free Tools — no refunds involved. The browser-based converters are free of charge; no payment is collected for them, so no refund can arise. Because processing happens entirely on your device, we also cannot restore or compensate for lost files — keep your own copies.
• AI credit packs (one-time purchases). Credits are digital goods delivered instantly to your account at the time of purchase. They are non-refundable once any portion has been used. If a pack was purchased by clear accident (e.g., duplicate order within minutes, zero credits used), contact us within 7 days and we will review and refund at our discretion.
• Subscriptions. You may cancel at any time; access and monthly credits continue until the end of the paid billing period, and no further charges occur. Amounts for the current, already-started billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law (e.g., EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights for consumers, which we honour).
• Failed or unsatisfactory AI jobs. If an AI job fails due to our error, the credits charged for that job are automatically returned to your account. Contact support@giftovideoai.com if you believe a failed job was not refunded.
• Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension until the dispute is resolved.

7. Term and termination. These terms apply while you use the service. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account per Section 4. Sections on liability, refunds, and governing law survive termination.

8. Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be noted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
